The new site contains a range of content categories including breaking news published on a daily basis, with topic-based related article links to similar content. Longer deep-dive reads with comment and analysis from Holyrood’s award-winning writers and also a range of events covering every aspect of Scottish politics including policy briefings, conferences and awards.

The Holyrood news desk is a fast moving and frantic environment. The team needed a robust and streamlined publishing platform to ensure content can be uploaded quickly and easily. The website is powered by our hybrid cloud & headless content management system which has delivered a stable and responsive tool for the editorial team.
